I've noticed that the weather photo hasn't been updated since Wednesday of last week. I sent an e-mail about it to info@redfeatherlakes.net earlier in the week ( I also asked for info on joining the POA) but haven't heard anything back yet.
Oops! Looks like we have a problem with the camera server again. It is located in the Art Gallery. Since the Gallery is closed, I am going to have trouble getting things going again. I will not be RFL until 11/6. I will see if I can fix it then. Sorry.
Concerning the contact point, we need to fix that. That e-mail was captured by a Spam provider and was hammered so badly, we had to stop monitoring it. I will see if we can bring it back with some security behind it.

Hello Again,
I forgot to give information about joining the RFL Property Owners Association. You may send a check in the amount of $35. made out to "RFL POA" to: PO Box 350, Red Feather Lakes, CO 80545. More information is available on the "Contact" page found on www.redfeatherlakes.net. Thanks for your interest.
Roger
President, RFL POA
Thank you for all the time and effort you have spent on the weather page and other community activities.
Barb and I enjoy checking the site, not only when we are in Arizona, but even when we are in CO, but can't get up to RFL. I noted on one reply that perhaps the current site for the weather statation and cam camera may be closed. Is there any possiblity that some other site, where you would have year around access may be available--Post office, one of the stores. on Main, the HOA building?? Anyway, Thank you again and will see you in the Spring.
Hello All,
Here is an update on the POA weather station. It is true that Marilyn has had to close the Mountain Craft Gallery. It is for sale. It will not re-open. I am sure you will join me and offer our thanks to Marilyn for hosting the weather station from the beginning. We wish Marilyn the VERY BEST.
Since the Gallery is closing down completely (heat, water, electricity) I am moving the equipment. I shut it all down today, 12/9. The camera is moving to the RFL Trading Post and will look south over Ramona and beyond. It will be a nice view, but folks will not be able to stand in front of it to have their picture taken .... sorry. Thanks very much to Patty and Dennis at the Trading Post for taking over the care and feeding of the camera. I hope the camera will be operational by Christmas.
The weather station equipment remains on the Gallery roof until I can get it moved to the POA building roof. (It was way too cold and windy today ... two degrees & 35 MPH.) Sherri at the library has agreed to our placing the weather console in the library. It appears we can pick up weather data there from the Gallery roof. (We require high speed internet access and we don't have it in the POA building.) What I will need to do now is get things connected in the library. Getting all the electrons going in the right directions and talking is challenging for this mechanical engineer!! I hope to get this done by early January .... don't plan to get up to RFL again until then. Sorry!!
