The Red Feather Flap

Red Feather Lakes Colorado

O.K., so it looks pretty good that the purchase of the property is going to happen. I would like to have internet access at it.

What are my options? Centurytel or maybe a Verizon Wireless card. Are there any others?

Does anyone use these and how well do they work up there? I know that my Verizon phone works well at the property. I'm just not sure how fast those wireless cards are up there or if they are reliable.

With internet access I am able to work from home.

Thanks
Joe

Just an FYI, I tried a Verizon Wireless Mifi card up there on Monday and it seemed to work very well. My download speed was around 800kbs, not DSL fast but it connected and stayed connected with no issues.

It's about $60/month compared to CenturyTel which is closer to $80 but that does include a landline and is much faster at 15mbs.
